Author Durbin program at library

MARQUETTE - Author William Durbin will be at Peter White Public Library for two events April 11.

A book talk and signing event for grades 3 through adults will be held at 4:30 p.m. in the Shiras Room. Durbin's writings tell the stories of homesteaders, fur traders, lumberjacks and other keepers of the great north.

At 7 p.m., Durbin will lead a 90-minute writing workshop for middle school through adult writers in the Arts Center workshop 3.
