Thrivent Financial supports SAIL

The Thrivent Financial for Lutherans Central Upper Peninsula Chapter made a donation to the Superior Alliance for Independent Living for the 2013 Chocolate Festival held recently. Shown at a plaque presentation marking the donation are, from left: John Maki, a district manager for the Thrivent Central Upper Peninsula Chapter; Chapter President Miller Schuck; Jessica Manier, SAIL events planner/information and referral specialist; Craig Etelamaki, a district manager for the Thrivent Central Upper Peninsula Chapter; and Leah Ross, SAIL's Single Point for Activities and Recreation Program coordinator. The donation will assist in funding the SPAR program, which is an inclusive social and recreational program for individuals of all abilities and services the entire U.P.
