Food safety workshop planned

NEGAUNEE - Michigan State University Extension will be conducting a 16 hour ServSafe workshop for food service managers and others who serve foods to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 20 and 27 at the Negaunee Service Center, 184 U.S. 41 East in Negaunee. The course is designed to give the manager or person in charge of a food service operation a working knowledge of the food code as well as the principles and practices currently available for proper food sanitation and the application of HACCP.
