MUNISING - Michigan State Police troopers from the Munising detachment are continuing to look for suspects in a home invasion, armed robbery incident, which occurred early Tuesday at a residence in Alger County.

Police said the incident occurred at about 5:30 a.m. Tuesday at a residence located along Alger County Road 440 in AuTrain Township.

Police said Alan Myron, 19, was assaulted and incapacitated at the residence by multiple suspects who then robbed Myron of property within the home and then fled the scene. The suspects remain at large and no specific descriptions were available this morning.

Miron was taken to Munising Memorial Hospital in Munising where he was treated for injuries suffered in the assault.

Troopers were assisted by the Michigan State Police Forensic Laboratory from Marquette, Alger County Sheriff's deputies, Michigan Department of Natural Resources officers and Alger County EMS.
