MARQUETTE - The Marquette City Public Works Department has closed Lakeshore Boulevard from Wright Street to Hawley Street because of ice and snow build-up from stormy conditions causing flooding of the roadway.
Officials did not know how long the street will be closed but they planned to release a public service announcement when the closure is no longer in effect.
