NORWAY - Rebounding in a big way, the Ishpeming High School wrestling team beat Kingsford 48-34 Thursday night after losing to host Norway, 57-18, in a triangular meet.

"They're tough," IHS head coach Tim Hares said of the Knights. "They had a full lineup and we forfeited two classes.

"We wrestled really well against Kingsford, though."

Posting two pins for the Hematites on the night were Dylan Giuchin at 135 pounds, Johnathan Willey at 140 and Jordan Tousignant at 145.

Nate Meyer added a pin and a decision for IHS (3-4) at 152.

Hares noted Christian Tousignant at 189 secured the win against Kingsford with a pin.

"He was down 4-0 in the third period," the coach said.
