To the Journal editor:
John Scram (asks) why not put it on the railroad? To build a railway to the (Eagle) mine would require crossing the same wetlands and rivers, creeks and ponds.
So a road would still be a better alternative. At least the public could use it for recreation. And what railroad would take it over?
