MARQUETTE - The MSU Extension will offer Alternatives to Anger, a four-week program to help participants look at causes and effects of anger on themselves and others, types of anger, ways of calming and de-stressing, and healthy communication skills.
A session will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Jan. 17 at Peter White Public Library in the Lions Room. The four-week series will begin in late January or February.
