MARQUETTE, Mich. - William Spaulding, age 63, of 222 S. Fifth Street, Marquette, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 29, 2012, at his home, in the loving, comforting care of his family.
Bill was born on July 8, 1949 in Garden, to the late Edward and Leona (Rocheford) Spaulding. He married his wife of 34 years, Diana Bonner, on April 21, 1978. Bill worked as a log sawyer for most of his life and loved camping, fishing, and being with his family and friends.
Bill is survived by his wife, Diana; son, William (Lisa) Spaulding; three daughters, Angie Spaulding, Sherry Hamilton, and Tammy (Einar) Einarsson; several grandchildren; four brothers, Edward Spaulding, Jr., Lawrence (Shirley) Spaulding, George (Jeanne) Spaulding, and Milton Spaulding; two sisters, Grace Willis and Eleanor Laurin; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at the Heritage Baptist Church in Carlshend on Saturday, January 5, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Lon Russell officiating. The family will greet guests at a reception following services.
