MARQUETTE - J-TAB, an advisory board of middle school students in grades 6 through 8 at Peter White Public Library, meets from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. Dec. 19 in the library's Community Room to celebrate the holidays with a balloon stomp and to plan the Harry Potter Live Clue and Lock-In.
