MARQUETTE - Back on Track, a personal finance education drop-in program, will be available from 3 to 6 p.m. Dec. 12 and 26 in the Peter White Public Library's conference room on the main floor of the library. The program will be led by Joan Vinette, Extension Educator with the Michigan State University Extension Service.
