MARQUETTE, MI. - Thomas Edward Guelff, 51; who through his baptism was made a member of Christ, the child of God, and an inheritor of the kingdom of heaven, slipped into the everlasting arms of his lord and savior, Jesus Christ, on November 21, 2012.
Tom is survived by an older daughter, Christina Marie, and her children, Angel, Atrina, and Demetrius. He also leaves his wife, Paula Pridemore and their daughter Katelyn Bree; along with his mother Marian Carlton, and brothers, Steven Michael, Jeffery McIntosh, and Robert Carlton. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Michael McIntosh, and his paternal grandparents, John and Martha Guelff; and his maternal grandparents, the Rev. John G. Carlton (former Dean of St. Paul's Episcopal cathedral in Marquette) and Jane W. Carlton.
As Tom tried to live a "Pay it forward" life, the family requests that memorial remembrances honoring Tom's memory be in the form of an act of kindness passed on to others.
