Wells Fargo U14 girls split with Bobcats

MARQUETTE - Hosting the Green Bay Bobcats at Lakeview Arena, the Wells Fargo U14 girls hockey team of Marquette split a pair of games with the visitors on Nov. 10.

In the first game, the Marquette squad dropped the Bobcats, 2-1. Scoring for Marquette were Paris Wegleitner and Alexis White, who also assisted on each other's goals.

Teammate Lexi Anderson assisted on both.

Wells Fargo dropped the second game, 5-2, despite goals from Chloe Krause and Ashlyn Steer.

Kara Salo and Steer drew assists.

Marquette goaltender Briana Holman made a total of 21 saves in the games.
