MARQUETTE - The First Presbyterian Church of Marquette is sending boxes of Christmas stockings to our troops in Afghanistan. Those interested in helping are asked to drop off small toiletry items, snack items, etc., at the church.
The donation box is near the Blaker Street entrance. Deadline for donations is Tuesday.
The public is welcome to help fill stockings at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday in the church social hall.
