Campana earns Eagle Scout Award

Mike Campana of Boy Scout Troop 309 chartered to Messiah Lutheran Church received the Eagle Scout Award at his Court of Honor recently. Shown at the ceremony are, from left, Scoutmaster Al Feldhauser, Camapana and his parents, Sally Davis-Campana and Dave Campana. Campana is a senior at Marquette Senior High School and plans to study engineering at Northern Michigan University. His Eagle Service project was marking and improving the hiking/ski trail at Anderson Lake near Gwinn in collaboration with the Department of Natural Resources.
