MARQUETTE - With the polls officially closed in Marquette County, area Republicans and Democrats are gathering to wait for returns as local precincts begin to report.
There are several races of interest going on across Marquette County in addition to statewide ballot proposals and the presidential election.
As of roughly 9 p.m., eight precincts have reported results to the county clerks office.
