MARQUETTE - The Upper Peninsula Folklife Festival will continue with the Beaumier Coffee House Series at 7 p.m. Saturday in the Peter White Lounge of the Don H. Bottum University Center. Featured will be U.P. singer-songwriters the Derrell Syria Project and Bobby Bullett. Admission is free, but donations are encouraged.
The Upper Peninsula Folklife Festival is an eight-month-long series of cultural events featuring folk artists from throughout the Upper Peninsula. It is sponsored by the Beaumier U.P. Heritage Center at Northern Michigan University.
