MARQUETTE - The city of Marquette and Downtown Development Authority will host a Halloween Spectacle event Saturday.
Sunset processions will begin at 6:41 p.m. from Peter White Public Library, Mattson Lower Harbor Park, Harlow Park and Rock Street parking lot. Those in costume are welcome to join the processions, which will converge at 7 p.m. in the Marquette Commons for a large-scale community outdoor performance of giant puppetry, percussion and theatrical dance.
