GWINN, Mich. - Rayma Elaine Cayer, of Gwinn, 63 years old, lost her year and a half battle with lung cancer and went to be with her Lord on Friday, October 5, 2012, in the loving care of Lake Superior Hospice. She was surrounded by her husband, Gerald Cayer; daughter, Jennifer Cayer; and son, Gerald Cayer, Jr. when she passed.

She enjoyed spending her time cross-stitching and did many pictures and keepsakes for her friends and family. She loved cooking and was an excellent cook and was the boss in her kitchen. She loved to fish and spend time in the hot sun, watching NASCAR and the Green Bay Packers. She also enjoyed bingo and operated a kitchen at the Women's Center for bingo for years.

She had a passion for scary movies and truly loved both of her cats, Missy-boots and Poohsy-boots.
