MARQUETTE - There is no store like it in the Upper Peninsula. Walk into Interiors by Design, at 201 N. Front St., Marquette, where you will be treated to a vision of quality and diversity. Furniture and design stores like this, are typically reserved for large cities. However, right here in the heart of the downtown Marquette business district, is a one of a kind interior design store filled with a collection of furniture, art and must-have accessories.
Graduating with honors from Michigan State University with a degree in interior design, owner Rita J. Rossway, ASID, IDS, opened and has been working for 35 years in this 10,000 square foot facility.
"I had a vision of a unique store that appealed to a wide range of styles and budgets," stated Rossway. "I wanted a one-stop shopping experience that offered more than the average retail business that sold furniture. I wanted to use my professional design services to complete any residential or commercial project."

"Our staff will happily help with all of your design needs, whether it is help in the store or professional in home consultations, floor plans and finish schedules."
