MARQUETTE - An introductory workshop on the Chinese mind/body practice of Tai Chi Chuan will be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday at Messiah Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 305 W Magnetic St. in Marquette. No prior experience is needed. Cost is $25.
Guest presenter will be Liza Hunter, an aerialist and yoga instructor, who will present and lead instruction on the dynamics of balance.
