NEGAUNEE - October is National Adopt-a-Shelter-Dog Month at the Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter in Negaunee. In honor of the event, dog adoptions will be 25 percent off.
The adoption includes the spay or neuter surgery, vaccines, micro chipping, free vet insurance and a full-size bag of Dr. Tim's All Natural food.
