GWINN - The Achieving Healthy Lifestyles Fall Festival, designed to promote the idea of wellness and to inform individuals about resources available to them, will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at The Upper Great Lakes Family Center, the Salvation Army and The Victory Lutheran Church at 315 Explorer St. in K.I. Sawyer, Gwinn.
Activities include Zumba, Laughter Yoga, chair massages, food demonstrations and health screenings for cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, and carbon dioxide. Many community agencies will provide health information about their services.
