MARQUETTE - Bill Bowerman will present "How the New Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement of 2012 Improves Protection of the Great Lakes" at 3 p.m. Friday at Northern Michigan University. His talk will be held in Mead Auditorium in the West Science Building as part of NMU's biology seminar series. The seminar is free and open to the public.
