MARQUETTE - The DeVos Art Museum will feature its first exhibition in partnership with the artist-in-residence program on Rabbit Island, a privately owned Lake Superior refuge located three miles east of the Keweenaw Peninsula. The opening reception for "Andrew Ranville: No Island is a Man" will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Ranville also will give an artist's talk at 2 p.m. Saturday at the museum.
The exhibition runs through Dec. 4. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and Friday, noon to 8 p.m. Thursday, and 1 to 4 p.m. on weekends.
