ISHPEMING - Numerous activities are planned for the annual Hall of Fame Weekend in Ishpeming this week.
They include showings of a historic ski film at 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame; and on Friday, a ski jumpers reunion and reception from 5-7 p.m., a public presentation of honored members from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Peterson Auditorium in Ishpeming High School, and an afterglow reception at 8:30 p.m. at the USSSHf.
At 9 p.m. Friday, an enshrinement/placement ceremony is slated at the Hall.
Saturday's activities include a Kiwanis Welcome Breakfast at 9 a.m. at St. John's KD Hall in Ishpeming; a Coy Hill Reunion Golf Outing at the Wawonowin Country Club at 11 a.m.; a USSSHF Tellefsen Dinner Reception at the WCC at 6 p.m.; followed by a banquet/auction at 6:30 p.m.
