MARQUETTE - An introductory workshop to the practice of Tai Chi Chuan will be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday at Grace United Methodist Church. No prior experience is necessary.
Guest speaker Dr. Fred Maynard will give a presentation about joint health.
The cost of the workshop is $25 and the event is part of the ongoing Tai Chi classes sponsored by The Cedar Tree Institute, a non-profit organization that provides services and initiates projects in the areas of mental health, religion and the environment. For more information, call 228-5494.
