Keskey completes apprenticeship

Marquette Board of Light and Power journeyman line electrician, Kyle Keskey, center, is shown receiving a plaque in recognition of his completion of 7,000 hours of apprentice training to earn journeyman status. Board Chairman Edward Angeli, left, and BLP Executive Director Kirby Juntila presented the plaque to Keskey at a recent board meeting. Keskey is a graduate of Northern Michigan University's Midwest Skills Development Center Line Technician Training Program and was hired by the BLP to complete his line electrician apprenticeship training.
