UPPCO donates to tower restoration

From left, Gerry Stille, chairman of the Gwinn Clock Tower Restoration Fund, receives a donation from Bob Anderson, account executive with the Upper Peninsula Power Company, as Forsyth Township Supervisor Joe Minelli looks on. UPPCO donated $2,500 toward the restoration project, which will cost an estimated $100,000. Additional donations can be sent to: Clock Restoration Fund, Forsyth Township Historical Society, PO Box 851, Gwinn, MI, 49841.
