To the Journal editor:
I don't know about you, but I need a job. As a recent college graduate finding a job is like trying to find water in the desert. When I started college four years ago students my age voted in hopes that jobs would be there when we finished.
Now I have graduated and the only change I got happens to be what's left in my pocket. The trillions in dollars of stimulus debt got us nowhere. Now all a recent college graduate, like myself, is left with is a 50 percent unemployment or underemployment rate.
I think it's time for some real experience and leadership. It's time for Mitt Romney and Pete Hoekstra. We need business experience and solutions in Washington. Both Mitt Romney and Pete Hoekstra have private sector business experience.
Both have solved problems. Mitt Romney turned around the Salt Lake Olympics and Pete Hoekstra helped balance the budget four times. We need politicians who have operated with a bottom line instead of a bottomless pit.
President Obama and Debbie Stabenow have not come up with the solutions so I can find a job.
Mitt Romney and Pete Hoekstra are the solution.
