To the Journal editor:
I would like to comment on Patrick Brennan comments about medical insurance. If you are selling medical insurance already and sell multiple policies to offer your customers a choice, you never sold a policy to someone that covered contraceptives in the past?
Also just because the medical insurance offers the citizen the opportunity to purchase contraceptives as part of the policy, that doesn't mean a person of a certain religion or belief has to purchase those items.
Why should all citizens have to be restricted by a minority of citizens?
