To the Journal editor:
I purchased a pair of shoes from Washington Shoe Store about a month ago. I needed wide shoes due to a foot problem. After wearing them at home my foot became very sore.
I returned them and told them what my problem was. Neil and Ray then ordered a pair of extra wide shoes (at no cost) and I have been very satisfied.
We do not have to go out of town when we get such excellent service. Thanks, Neil and Ray.
