MARQUETTE - A motorcycle ride for charity will benefit Beacon House and will "Roar the Shore" of Lake Superior along the way.
The Up North Lodge "Bike Night" will begin with a 9 a.m. breakfast and registration on Saturday, Aug. 11 at Beacon House.
Participants in this event will begin their ride from Beacon House beginning at 10 a.m., making a number of stops. Registration is $35 for individuals and $60 for couples.
