MARQUETTE - Youths age 5-18 are sought to work with a professional artist to paint the Marquette Matters Mural Project, which will be installed at the Marquette Commons for the Farmers Market season, and will feature Marquette's high level quality of life.
Painting will be done from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 11 and 13, and 1 to 5 p.m. July 12 at the City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center, located on the lower level of Peter White Public Library. Painting sessions will be open-house format; participants may attend one day or all three for as long as they can.
