To the Journal editor:
Thank you Mining Journal for keeping the Marquette area aware of how local gas stations are costing all private and local businesses outrageous rates for the fuel we must have in order to function on a daily basis.
Why just the Marquette area? I was told, when I asked that question, a very stern response, "because we can"
We can't buy The Mining Journal in these stations; maybe we should also not buy milk, cigarettes, beer, ice, propane, etc.
I support the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community gas station.
