Super One earns 2 WIN wins

ISHPEMING - In the Senior Division of the WIN Girls Slowpitch Softball League, Super One Foods defeated Dan Perkins Construction, 23-5, as the winners' Ashton Kirchoff was 4 for 4 with 3 RBIs and Taryn Moyle 3 for 4 with a triple and 4 RBIs. Perkins' Kresten Orcutt was 3 for 3 with a double and Elaina Treloar 2 for 2 with a double along with a double play on defense.

Super One also defeated Portrait Gallery, 16-6. Super One's Taryn Moyle was 4 for 4 with a triple and 4 RBIs, and Shana Caliguri went 2 for 3 with a double, home run and 2 RBIs. Portrait Gallery's Lilianna Briggs went 3 for 4 with a double, home run and 3 RBIs, and Ciara Brewer was 3 for 3 with a double.

In the WIN Junior League, Globe Printing defeated Jubilee Foods, 23-0, as Globe's Lillee Martin and Brenna Labyak each went 3 for 3 with a triple and teammates Olivia Frechen and Jayce Reath were 2 for 2. Jubilee's Chelsie Misale was 2 for 2.

Peninsula Bank knocked off Meyer Family Vision, 14-2, as the winners' Kaeleigh Talbacka went 4 for 4 with 5 RBIs, Brylea Ranta 3 for 3 with two runs scored and Rylee Ring went 2 for 3. Meyer's McKenzie Atkins went 2 for 2 with an RBI.

Globe nudged out Elks Lodge, 11-6, as Globe's Lillee Martin, Izzy Hill, Hope Kaukola and Anna Chipman each went 2 for 3. The Elks were led by Audrey Stetson going 3 for 3 with two runs scored and Emily Quayle 2 for 2 with two runs.

Meyer edged Ishpeming Credit Union, 14-12 as the winners' McKenzie Atkins went 4 for 4 with a homer, Kalli Mattson 3 for 3 with a triple, Abby Faull three hits and Leah LaChapelle two. For ICU, Kassidy Pirkola went 4 for 4 with a triple, while Jordan Christian and Sophie Delongchamp each hit home runs.
