MARQUETTE - Messiah Lutheran Church is offering the summer program Stepping Stones Family Play Group for families with children age 10 and younger, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Thursday at McCarty's Cove in Marquette. Activities will include faith-centered crafts, music and games. Snacks and supplies are provided.
On Thursday, families will learn how to, "Color God's World," with tye-dye crafts. This program is free of charge; however, a suggested donation of $5 per family will be accepted. This is a family program, so all children need to have a care provider with them. Preregistration is appreciated.
If weather is inclement or temperatures extreme, the group will meet at Messiah.
