L'ANSE - The free weekly L'Anse Lakefront Concerts series will begin Thursday with the band Ironland from Iron River. The concerts are held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursdays in the band shell in the Lakefront Park, Broad Street at the lake.
This year's scheduled performances also include: July 5 Country Drifters; July 12 Kaivama; July 19 Aura Jamboree Preview; July 26 Black Pearl; Aug. 2 Cathy Bolton; Aug. 9 Choirs and Bells; Aug. 16 White Water; Aug. 23 Derrell Syria Project; Aug. 30 Greenstone; Sept. 6 All Strings Considered; and Sept. 13 Wolfgang.
Attendees should bring a lawn chair.
