MARQUETTE - Two Ishpeming residents were arraigned in Marquette County District Court Wednesday on charges stemming from an alleged stabbing in Marquette early Monday morning.
Taylor Shantel-Julann Mitchell, 19, and Danny Lee Weymouth, 19, were both charged with one count of creation and delivery of a (drug) analogue, a 15-year felony.
Mitchell is also charged with one count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, a 10-year felony, and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, a 4-year felony.

Mitchell is being held in Marquette County Jail on $150,000 bond, cash or surety. Weymouth is being held on a $25,000 bond.
They are both scheduled to appear in court at 2:45 p.m. July 2 for a preliminary examination.
Marquette City Police said the incident occurred at 1:25 a.m. Monday, beginning with an alleged fight between Marquette resident Zachary Skinner, 19, and Weymouth. The fight escalated when Mitchell became involved, and police said Mitchell allegedly stabbed Skinner with a butcher's knife.
Police said Skinner received multiple stab wounds in the head, leg and back during the attack. He was treated and released from Marquette General Hospital Monday, police said.
Marquette County Prosecuting Attorney Matthew Wiese said bath salts were involved in the incident.
"There definitely was a physical altercation and somebody (Skinner) was stabbed numerous times," Wiese said. "And, there was some evidence of a drug deal involving bath salts among the three parties involved."
Officers were first dispatched to the scene after receiving a report of a woman screaming. Police declined to comment on whether the woman screaming was Mitchell.
Investigation into the incident is ongoing and Marquette police are being assisted by the Ishpeming City Police Department.
