MARQUETTE, Mich. - Lenore Elaine (Forss) Feltner, age 77, of 222 S. Fifth St., Marquette, entered eternal life Sunday, June 17, 2012.
Lenore was born to John and Ina (Johnson) Forss on September 16, 1934 in Limestone, MI. She was a homemaker all of her life. Lenore enjoyed animals and nature. She especially enjoyed blueberry picking and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Lenore is survived by her children, James (Sharon) Feltner of Skandia, Barbara (Timothy) Marshall of Indiana, Clayton Brown of Washington State, Steven Brown of Ishpeming, Peggy Besander and partner David Hoye of Ishpeming, Adline Miller of Florida, Helen Feltner of Wisconsin, Bertram Feltner of Marquette, and Wesley Feltner of Menominee; sisters, Helen Stolpe and Eunice Carpenter of Marquette; a brother, Cecil Forss of Marquette; 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James; her brother, Henry "Eddy" Forss; sister, Caroline Forss; one great grandson.
Friends may call on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Harvey, MI with Bruce Turner officiating. Inurnment will be made in Park Cemetery.
