MARQUETTE - -The Friends of Peter White Public Library Used Book Sale will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday and continue through Saturday in the Peter White Public Library Community Room
Featured will be a wide selection of paperback and hardback books for children and adults as well as magazines, audio tapes and video tapes. Most items priced from fifty cents to three dollars. At the bag sale 3 to 5 pm on Saturday, cost will be $3 to fill a grocery bag. Donations of items for the sale should be dropped off at the desk on the main floor.
A $5 entrance fee is required to attend the Thursday night presale. Admission is free Friday and Saturday. Sale hours are:6-9 p.m. Thursday; 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday; and 10:30 am. to 2:45 p.m. Saturday, with the bag sale from 3 to 5 p.m.
