Negaunee High School graduates Emily Oja and Cody McGrath were each awarded a $500 scholarship by Jeffrey Koch of the North Jackson Company A scientific and engineering consulting firm with offices in Marquette and Corvallis, Ore., North Jackson Company has been awarding $250 to $2,000 scholarships to students at Negaunee High School since 2001. Oja plans to attend Michigan State University, majoring in environmental science and agriscience or fisheries and wildlife management, and McGrath plans to attend Northern Michigan University, majoring in mechanical engineering.
