TRENARY - As part of Olympic Day activities, the Trenary Lions BMX track will offer free BMX bicycle racing on Wednesday, June 27, at its track in Trenary.
Both new and veteran racers are welcome. The track is among more than 300 nationwide participating in an event that commemorates Baron Pierre de Coubertin convening the first international Olympic committee on June 23, 1894, in Paris and founding of the modern Olympics.
Registration at the track runs from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. with racing set to start at 7 p.m. For more information, call Roy Aho at 446-3219.
