MARQUETTE - In the Major Division of the Marquette Little League on June 13, Jordan Kivi powered Bell Roofing to a 16-4 victory over the Kiwanis.
Kivi hit for the cycle, collecting a home run, triple, two doubles and single for seven RBIs. He also pitched three scoreless innings with nine strikeouts.
Brendan Kaski had a good outing on the mound for the Kiwanis, going four innings while giving up three runs and fanning nine.
Bell Roofing edged Cliffs Natural Resources, 6-5, behind a sixth inning RBI-single by Jake L'Huillier and a run scored by Patrick McCommons, whose single started the winning surge.
Dominic Floreo, L'Huillier and Blake Henriksen handled the mound duties.
Luke McCarthy and Logan Holm pitched for Cliffs.
