A multi-sport athlete, Palmer has also been a member of the MSHS basketball team since he was a freshman.

His cumulative high school grade point average is 3.382. Palmer has earned Academic Achievement Awards all four years at MSHS.

Palmer enjoys golfing with his dad, hanging out with friends and working at the Marquette Golf Club. His volunteer experience includes helping at the Marquette Senior Center with his mother.

After graduation, Palmer plans to spend one year at Northern Michigan University and then possibly transfer to another school to major in business. He's the son of Don and Jane Palmer, and is coached by Ben Smith.

Fluette has earned three varsity letters for girls track at MSHS and is well on her way to earning her fourth this spring as Redette team captain.

One of the top 800 and 1600-meter runners in the U.P., Fluette qualified for the peninsula finals in three events last year. She earned medals in all three.

Outside of track, Jessica works for Mares-Z-Doats and enjoys most outdoor activities.

She's planning to attend NMU in the fall to major in nursing and possibly join the track team there.

A 3.33 GPA student at MSHS, Fluette has received high achievement honors throughout her four years of high school.

She's the daughter of Deb Parker and was nominated by her coach, John Peterson.
