MARQUETTE?-The Elder Law Firm of Anderson Associates named Kim D. Winokur as its new senior associate attorney.
Winokur practiced law in Ann Arbor for 15 years. She received her BA in psychology from the University of Michigan, her JD from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and her Masters in Law in Corporate and Finance from Wayne State University Law School.
Winokur's law practice focused on elder care, probate and estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, conservatorships, and special needs matters. She was a founding partner of the Michigan Professional Guardianship Group Inc.
Winokur is a past President of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. Her hobbies include gardening, fitness, biking and fiber arts.
