MARQUETTE - Robert C. Anderson of Marquette was appointed to a second term on the Board of Directors of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys for 2012-2013.
NAELA is a professional association of more than 4,200 attorneys who are dedicated to improving the quality of legal services provided to seniors and people with special needs.
NAELA members assist their clients with in a variety of areas, including public benefits, probate and estate planning, guardianship/conservatorship, and health and long-term care planning.
Anderson is the founder of The Elder Law Firm of Anderson Associates, PC, which operates in northern Michigan and upper Wisconsin. He has more than 28 years of experience practicing elder care law, estate planning, Veterans Administration and disability benefits and tax planning in Michigan and Wisconsin.
