MARQUETTE - Northern Michigan University senior forwards Tyler Gron and Justin Florek were named Wednesday to the All-CCHA team, as voted by the league's 11 coaches.
Gron, who led NMU in scoring with 17 goals and 20 assists, was named to the All-CCHA first team via seven first-place votes and 42 total points.
He was the second-leading vote getter among forwards behind Miami junior Reilly Smith and just ahead of Notre Dame sophomore T.J. Tynan.

Gron finished third in the league in overall scoring with 37 points behind Smith (26-12-18) and Tynan (13-28-41).
In CCHA play, Gron and his 12 goals and 15 assists was fourth behind Smith (18-10-28), Tynan (9-20-29) and first team Michigan State sophomore defenseman Torey Krug (11-18-29).
Florek, a Marquette native, was fifth in CCHA play in scoring with 11 goals and 16 assists. He was the fourth-leading vote getter among forwards with four first place votes and 34 total points to land on the All-CCHA second team.
Florek finished with a team-high 19 goals and 17 assists to finish second to Gron in scoring at NMU and fourth among CCHA players in overall scoring. Nine of his 19 goals came on the power play.
Junior defenseman Kyle Follmer was an honorable mention on the All-CCHA team after ranking fourth among defensemen in scoring with two goals and 16 assists in league play.
Follmer finished with four goals and 22 assists in 2011-12.
Sophomore goaltender Jared Coreau, who was named the team's CCHA Scholar-Athlete Award nominee Tuesday, also received votes for NMU in the all-league voting. He posted a 8-5-2 record in league play with a .931 save percentage and 2.16 goals against average against CCHA foes.
