LANSING- Two area residents recently received academic honors at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing.
Lindsey Laakso of Ishpeming was named to the honor roll. She is the daughter of Bruce and Marijane Laakso.
Keith DeForge of Houghton was named to the dean's list and the honor roll. He is a graduate of Jeffers High School in Painesdale and of Northern Michigan University.
