MARQUETTE?- Veridea Group members broke ground on their West Towne Center, a development that'll bring twelve new storefronts to a highly commercialized area of Marquette Township. The two acre property sits on Wright Street near Super One Foods and Range Bank. The two million dollar project will include a much anticipated Arby's branch that's set to open by the end of the year. Wild Birds Unlimited is also moving in from its Jilbert Center location.

In attendance for the Ground Breaking were George Meister of TriMedia, Bromley Hall of Hall Contracting, Mike Berger of WildBirds Unlimited, Robert Mahaney of Veridea Group, Boris Martysz from Mbank, Chris and Isaac Cooper of Arby's, Bethany Cody of Veridea Group, Jason McCarthy representing Marquette Township, Marquette Township Supervisor Randy Girard, Michelle Sellers of River Valley Bank, Lindsey Hemmila of the Lake Superior Community Partnership and Nicole Grim of the Veridea Group.
